What is Life Coaching
Life Coaching is the way to bring true change to your life. Did you ever wonder what are your goals in life and why? Have you realized that, often, our goals concern us but do not really focus on us? Nowadays we tend to dedicate the biggest and better part of ourselves to things and people other than us. Just think how much energy, love, intellect, effort and time you produce and you consume every day! Wouldnt it be amazing if you could keep and use part of all this for your benefit?

History
Life Coaching started in the USA, in California, in the 80s. Therapists, psychologists and consultants came across a new category of clients. These new clients were psychologically healthy and did not need medical or psychological treatment. What they really needed was guidance, support, motivation. They were looking for someone that could systematically help them discover what they really wanted, improve their lives and achieve their goals. And that is what Life Coaching does.

How does Life Coaching work?
Your Life Coach is not a friendly passive listener, that you can have a great time with but no results. I will be demanding, strong and penetrating. I will play devils advocate; help you to face the truth of each situation and discover your true self and your inner needs. I will push you to set ambitious but feasible goals, I will motivate you, discipline you and help you achieve them .

In other words, I will help identify the gap between where you are now and where you want to be and help you bridge it.

Types of Coaching
There are different types of Life Coaching. You can choose the one that best fits your lifestyle. My goal is to help you move on with your life. In the past years, I have had the pleasure of helping many people evolve and achieve their goals.

  • Personal sessions / consultations
    It is important to choose a place where you can feel safe and comfortable. They can take place at a house, a quiet cafe, during a walk in the park etc.
  • Telephone Life Coaching
    Telephone Life Coaching has won a lot of ground since it has three major advantages: it saves you the extra time of getting to the meeting point, you can have it form wherever you are without changing your schedule, you dont need to be in the same town.
    In this case, the time is agreed in advance and the call has to take place from a quiet, distraction-free spot. The use of Skype is possible and recommended
  • e-mail Life Coaching
    Very popular in the USA and slowly gaining ground in Europe, e-mail Coaching is very practical for people that spend hours in front of their computer or prefer late nights. The answer will come to you in 48 hours. E-mail coaching usually complements the two previous types of coaching
